The practice represents individuals, companies and groups in the planning process by preparing submissions to planning authorities. This work falls into five main categories:

1. objections to planning applications,
2. appeals, appeal responses and observations to An Bord Pleanála,
3. submissions about development plans, local area plans, regional guidelines and other statutory plan-making documents,
4. reports for CPO inquiries and arbitrations, and
5. expert witness at oral hearings and arbitrations.

We prepare statutory and non-statutory plans on behalf of local authorities, land owners and communities, drawing on a wide experience of public consultation and use of a range of analytical tools. We produce clear, attractive documents.
